Hungry Jack’s Uber Eats deal delivers

Hungry Jack’s is partnering with Uber Eats in a measure to boost its delivery options. 

Uber Eats joins Menulog to provide another third party online platform for delivery which is also available through the chain’s own website and app. 

Online ordering accounts for a growing percentage of Hungry Jack’s sales, whether for delivery or pick-up. 

Hungry Jack’s chief marketing officer Scott Baird said the burger brand’s latest partnership is just what customers ordered.

“In recognition of the way Australians are ordering their favourite meals, Hungry Jack’s is once again responding to customer demand,” Baird said. 

“At Hungry Jack’s we’re committed to serving as many Australians as we can. The demand for home delivery has increased steadily,” he said. 

“We’ve seen a huge increase in online orders during the day, both for snacks and meals from people working from home; and, in the evening, the demand for meals and more choices from singles, couples and families is growing rapidly.”

The agreement with Uber Eats is the latest move from Hungry Jack’s, which earlier this year switched up to focus on its newly launched Fresh Choices menu.

This new take on healthy eating options includes low-carb burgers and fresh chicken salads adding to the success of the Vegan Cheeseburger and the plant-based Rebel Whopper.
