Pack & Send sales rocket by over 30 per cent

Pack & Send sales rocket in the first half of FY2021, lifting by more than 30 per cent from the prior corresponding period. 

The logistics business has delivered record breaking global system-wide sales of $42.09m for the six months to 31 December 2020.  

All 140+ outlets across Australia, New Zealand and the UK reported strong sales growth.

Franchisees also reported substantial lifts in profits in the first half of FY2021. The strong sales and profit performance helped stimulate the sale of 14 franchises in the first half of FY21, including nine existing franchisees acquiring second or third centres.

Pack & Send was cited as offering the best customer service for courier and freight solutions in Australia by The company consistently achieved a review rating of 4.5 out 5 during its sales surge of FY21. 

CEO Michael Paul said the results reflected the investment in its technology solutions, powerful marketing techniques  and the great effort and commitment of its local franchisee entrepreneurs and the corporate support office team. 

He is positive about the firm’s medium-and-long term prospects with a recent Business Continuity Institute coronavirus report revealing more than three quarters of businesses will shift to online and remodel their supply chains to rely on third party logistics companies.
