Western Australian fitness chain S30 Studio has opened its fourth studio, and the brand’s second franchise to open its doors in just nine weeks.

The latest to open, S30 Myaree, joins other Perth locations in Mount Lawley, South Perth and a flagship studio in the CBD.

The S30 concept is fitness in a nightclub setting, a sensory led, fully immersive experience. The setting features dark LED lighting, with a 45-minute group weight sessions partnered-workout set to hip hop and RnB tracks.

S30 Studio COO Luke Faulkner said “The rapid growth of S30 is testament to the company’s compelling offering. Our studios offer a friendly and encouraging space for people of Perth to get a customised, results-driven workout. We are excited to continue our expansion into the Perth metropolitan area and welcome additional franchisees to the  group,” Faulkner said.

The new studio at Myaree will be offering the brand’s $2 for 2-week trials to welcome new residents to the fitness venue. The business operates a no-lock-in contract for new members.

Faulkner reports an influx of enquiries from potential franchisees and predicts 17 additional franchises will be signed up within the next 12 months.

Expansion will take the fitness brand beyond its Perth base, and right now there are locations available in Western Australia and Queensland.

The business was founded in 2019 and provides franchisees with a turnkey operation, the cost of a studio estimated between $225,000 and $275,000.
